What To Expect In The Program
35min of bite-size tutorials to get you started.
Accessible on phone, tablet, computer, or smart TV - instructions provided.
To stretch and massage ovaries and endocrine organs in easy yoga poses, stimulating hormone production
To increase blood flow in the area reawakening its function, strength, and lubrication
To stimulate vagus nerve, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system (our "rest and digest" mode), reducing cortisol levels, and further helping the interconnected endocrine system to restore balance.
To be practiced 12 times within 3-6 weeks (that is 2-5x a week—pick your speed to results).
